"I’ve tried a few different wine clubs..."
I’ve tried a few different wine clubs, and firstleaf has been one of the better ones for me. The reds especially have been SO good, smooth, easy to drink, and not at all cheap tasting. There were a couple bottles that weren’t totally my thing, but nothing I’d call bad. For the price, the quality feels solid, and I’ve definitely found a few wines I’d buy again...

"Good starter deal"
I figured this would be a solid intro deal, and it kind of confirmed what I expected. Signup was quick and easy, and I really liked the first box. No complaints so far.

"Pretty decent wine deal, I think"
I’ve ordered from Firstleaf a few times now, for the price, it’s been good. I mean, not every bottle was amazing, and I did wonder once or twice if I was really getting a great deal, but overall I felt like it was fair. Shipping was fine too, nothing special, but no real issues. It’s not perfect, but if there’s a good offer going, I’d probably order again

"Got It Sorted Fast"
I had a small issue with my order, and the support team got back to me quicker than I expected. From my experience, that’s usually where things can get frustrating, but they just fixed it without dragging it out or making it a big deal. Really appreciated how easy it was.

"Canceling was surprisingly painless"
I thought canceling was going to be annoying, like one of those things where they make you dig around forever or call someone. But no, it was actually straightforward. I found it in my account, clicked through, and that was pretty much it.
I got the confirmation soon after, and I didn’t see any random extra charge pop up later either. I mean, I still wish more companies made this kind of thing obvious from the start, but this went a lot smoother than I expected

"Mostly smooth shipping, with one small hiccup"
Shipping has been solid so far. I mean, I did have one box show up late, which was annoying because of course it was the one I was actually waiting on, but other than that everything’s been fine. Nothing dramatic, just generally reliable.

My most recent Firstleaf order showed up packed really well. No dents, no leaks, and the bottles were all snug in the box. after this last delivery, I’m feeling good about how they handle shipping because everything arrived clean and in better shape than I expected.

"Easy to pause when needed"
I appreciate that Firstleaf keeps things straightforward. We had more wine than we needed for a while, so I paused my boxes and then started them back up later when it made sense. No hassle, no weird runaround, just the way it should be. that’s all I was looking for.

I’ve been really happy with Firstleaf so far because the wine selection keeps things interesting. I don’t feel like I’m getting shown the same few bottles over and over, which is a nice change 🙂
There’s a good mix of reds, whites, lighter options, and bolder ones too, so it’s easy to find something new without overthinking it. I’ve already found a couple of new favorites, which is always a win 🍷

"No Surprise Charges So Far"
I signed up expecting to have to double-check everything, because I’ve been burned by sneaky fees before. But this time, the billing was actually straightforward. The renewal date was shown upfront, my receipt matched what I expected, and nothing weird popped up afterward. it was a easy experience so far
